International news

These international news agencies report their news on news wires. It is up to the individual news agency reporter in charge of listing international events that can impact the international community to pick up and to report in their country, breaking news from another country. International news is reported on television usually during world news reporting in the United States from such sources as CBS, NBC, ABC and cable news sources like CNN. It is not surprising that all of these news agencies in the United States report on the same breaking international news.

Because they all get their world news from press releases sent out by individual international news agencies. What is of interest though is that all of these United States news agencies report breaking news in Turkey as being Europe when Turkey has yet to be accepted as part of the European Union. The only significant part of that observation is for the enlightenment of the sophisticated news follower to be aware of online games and the fact that news agencies report on press releases but are not necessarily keen on total accuracy. Their motive is to report the same press release, the fastest, to get their news agency the most viewers. For example, where would CNN find out about a mine explosion in China? When you look at their world coverage, you might be lulled into believing that CNN has a reporter in China actually reporting. Due to the marvel of Internet world news coverage from say CNN we learn that the story about the mine explosion comes from a Chinese new agency Xinhua news agency. How accurate are they? Probably about as accurate as WKBN reporting local news on the radio in Ohio.
